I can always kill with Master Chief. I don't care about some temporary camo' that lasts about one minute.

There is nothing wrong with the arbiter though, I know chief has better stats, skills and so on, but come on an elite arbiter. Also how many elites could have done exactly what he done through taking out the elite rebel to the great journey, also killing Tartarus.
